The Forex
The Forex is made of an astonishing robustness and is suitable to a protected terrace exhibition as well as in humid rooms, in the bathroom or the kitchen. It is very stable and will not warp in the face of temperature changes. This material is not flammable because it is free of any hazardous chemicals: formaldehyde and plasticizers for example are banished from its components. As the Forex is also very light, a large size printed on this medium will be easy to hang.
The Forex printing
On Forex, the finish is matte for an image quality faithful to the original. This is enabled by the 7-color printing technique on white PVC and exposure to UV rays. Despite the fineness of the material, of about 3mm, this dense medium of great strength is quite resistant to scratches.
Sizes, suspensions and frame
The size for direct printing on Forex is 50x50cm minimum and 180x120cm maximum. All standard formats between these two extremes are possible. Forex prints come with built-in suspensions: for those between 50 and 100 cm edge, they are plastic hooks. Beyond, the hanging is done by an aluminum rail. The ArtSecurity packaging
In order for your photo collage to be delivered without incident, it will be protected by an ArtSecurity WhiteWall packaging. The latter is cut to size and folded by CNC machines to form a protective envelope around your collage. Your frame will be placed face down on a larger thick cardboard before being covered by a protective film. This helps protect it on the corners as well as any shock on the front. It will then be packed in a large, firm cardboard box and blocked with polystyrene if necessary.
To send you collage larger than 100cm, the delivery will be in a wooden packaging made to measure as below.
